Sydney naturopath and founder of Ovvio teas Anthia Koullouros has launched Apotheca by Anthia, a tea and tisane brand. There are 11 loose-leaf teas and seven bagged teas, all in compostable, biodegradable or reusable packaging, and all certified organic. Flavours include English breakfast, French grey, mint, chamomile and lemon. In October 2020, I closed the Ovvio chapter and birthed my new brand Apotheca By Anthia. This was the right time to evolve, and to create something wonderful, something right for these times, something more aligned to you and me.

Apothecary originates from the ancient Greek word Apothēca, [ἀποθήκη], a dispensary of botanical remedies. It was the place where women could be healers.
