The Apothēca Edit - a monthly catch-up
A little something to look forward to each month! A gathering of my latest writing, podcasts, special events, interesting discoveries, news worth sharing, and all things health and healing. Consider this your monthly catch-up with Apothēca by Anthia — everything I've been creating, exploring and sharing, thoughtfully brought together in one place for you to enjoy, discover and revisit at your leisure. ANTHIA KOULLOUROS
In October 2020, I closed the Ovvio chapter and birthed my new brand Apotheca By Anthia. This was the right time to evolve, and to create something wonderful, something right for these times, something more aligned to you and me.
Apothecary originates from the ancient Greek word Apothēca, [ἀποθήκη], a dispensary of botanical remedies. It was the place where women could be healers.
