Organic Ingredients: Dandelion root, Licorice root, Peppermint leaf, Turkish rhubarb, Fennel seed, Marshmallow root. Caffeine free

Steep: 1 teaspoon per cup of boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Drink 2-3 cups per day if you have sluggish bowels and a sluggish metabolism. Note: This tea is not indicated if you have diarrhea.
