Organic ingredients: Burdock root, Chamomile flower, Lemon myrtle leaf, Nettle leaf, Dandelion leaf, Red clover & Calendula flower. Caffeine free.

Steep: Steep 1 teaspoon per cup of freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes and allow the ingredients to unfurl & flourish.
Storage: Our organic chamomile, found in Hygieia II is pretty precious. It's sensitive to heat & humidity and prefers to be stored in the fridge in the heat of summer. It's likely to attract bugs.
