Hypnos ~ Organic Naturopathic Sleep Tisane

A lullaby & good night blend inspired by Hypnos {Ὕπνος}, the Greek mythological god of sleep. Named after the ancient Greek mythological goddesses & gods, our new Naturopathic tisanes are inspired by the qualities of strength, harmony, beauty, health, nature and charm.

Organic ingredients: Lavender flower, Hops flower, Passionflower, Oat straw* & Chamomile flower. Caffeine free.

Aroma: Heavenly, floral.

Steep: 1 teaspoon per cup of freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes and allow the ingredients to unfurl & flourish.

*Is oat straw gluten-free? Oat straw is naturally gluten-free; however, there may be a risk of cross-contamination during processing, similar to nuts, seeds, and other grains handled in shared facilities. If you have Coeliac disease, it is best avoided. Oat straw is a highly beneficial nervine, nutritive, and gentle sedative.
