Hypnos ~ Naturopathic Sleep Tisane

A lullaby & good night blend inspired by Hypnos {Ὕπνος}, the Greek mythological god of sleep.

Organic ingredients: Lavender flower, Hops flower, Passionflower, Oat straw & Chamomile flower. Caffeine free.

Aroma: Heavenly, floral.

Steep: 1 teaspoon per cup of freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes and allow the ingredients to unfurl & flourish.

Storage: Our organic chamomile, found in Hypnos is pretty precious. It's sensitive to heat & humidity and prefers to be stored in the fridge in the heat of summer. It's likely to attract bugs.

NOTE: Is oat straw gluten free?

Oat straw is naturally gluten-free, though there may be a risk of cross-contamination during processing much like nuts and seeds and other grains processed or prepared in the same factory. If you have Coeliac disease, please avoid it. Oat straw is a highly beneficial nervine, nutritive, and sedative. It is prized amongst herbalists for its gentle and supportive nature. Oatstraw is a favourite for supporting the nervous system to restore balance and a sense of calm in stressed out individuals.

Tea refers to teas made from white, green or black teas and anything in between. They contain the Tea plant ~ Camellia sinensis.
