How To Use: (external only)

Essential Oil Diffuser

• Start with 3–5 drops total in a standard diffuser containing approximately 100–200 mL of water.
• For a larger room or diffuser, you may use 5–8 drops total.
• Use in a well-ventilated space and discontinue if the aroma causes irritation or discomfort.

Essential Oil Burner

• Fill the upper dish with water first.
• Add 2–4 drops of essential oil to the water.
• Light the candle underneath.
• Make sure there is always water in the dish; do not allow it to boil completely dry.
• Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials, and never leave a lit candle unattended.
