Hygieia II ~ Organic Naturopathic Urinary & Skin Cleanse Tisane

A skin & urinary cleanse blend inspired by Hygieia {Ὑγιεία}, the Greek mythological goddess of health & cleanliness. Named after the ancient Greek mythological goddesses & gods, our new Naturopathic tisanes are inspired by the qualities of strength, harmony, beauty, health, nature and charm.

Organic ingredients: Burdock root, Chamomile flower, Lemon myrtle leaf, Nettle leaf, Dandelion leaf, Red clover & Calendula flower. Caffeine free.

Therapy: Naturopaths & Herbalists prescribe these botanicals to promote a healthy urinary system, fluid retention, flush the kidneys, purify the blood, and clear the skin and its impurities, and soothe inflammation. Steep: Steep 1 teaspoon per cup of freshly boiled water for 3-5 minutes and allow the ingredients to unfurl & flourish.

Recipe Ideas:

• Iced: Steep as usual, allow to cool, then pour over ice. Add fresh citrus, herbs, or a touch of natural sweetness if desired.
• Cold Steep: Add herbs to cold, filtered water and steep in the fridge for 6–12 hours. Strain and enjoy a smooth, refreshing infusion with a softer, more delicate flavour.

Storage: Our organic chamomile, found in Hygieia II, is particularly delicate. It is sensitive to heat and humidity and is best stored in the fridge during the warmer months. As a natural product, it may attract insects, so refrigeration is recommended to maintain optimal freshness.
