Organic Matcha Powder


Our organic Matcha Power is sourced from Miyazaki prefecture in Southern Japan.

Palate: Light bodied & mellow, with milky aromas.

Organic ingredient: Japanese Matcha (Camellia sinensis). Culinary grade for a variety of uses - drinking & cooking. Naturally contains caffeine.

Directions: Whisk half teaspoon in 100mls of freshly boiled water. Top with more hot water or milk of choice to make a latte. Enjoy hot or cold (simply add ice cubes or cold milk).

Matcha Recipe ~ Coconut Macaroons.

Organic ingredients

9 egg whites (reserve egg yolks to make a delicious mayonnaise - recipe from my I am food book - see below)

2 tablespoons raw honey or sweetener of choice

1/2 teaspoon vanilla bean powder

3 cups of desiccated coconut

1 tablespoon Matcha Powder


Preheat oven at 200C.

Beat egg whites well until fluffy and add sweetener, matcha & vanilla powders and then add desiccated coconut. Bake at 120C until golden brown. 5 minutes to blend & roll into balls & 10 minutes approx to cook.
