Palo Santo also known as "Holy Wood", Palo santo is a sacred South American holy wood known to promote joy, reduce stress, enhance clarity and cleanse your space of negative energies, bringing a spiritual calm to your surroundings. Utilised by Indigenous Amazonian and Andean healers in sacred rituals for purification, attracting positive energy, and nurturing peace. Palo Santo sticks are sustainably sourced from Peru. Each stick is harvested responsibly to preserve the sacredness of this revered wood.
Aroma: Wood, Pine, Mint, Lemon, Fireplace and Sweet.
How To Use
What You Need:
- Palo Santo stick
- A fireproof dish or bowl (such as an abalone shell, ceramic dish, or glass bowl)
- A lighter or matches
Step 1: Preparation
- Choose Your Space: Select a space where you can safely burn the Palo Santo stick. Ensure there are no flammable materials nearby.
- Open Windows: Open a window or door to allow the negative energy to leave the space and fresh air to enter.
- Set Your Intention: Take a moment to set a clear intention for your smudging ritual. This could be to cleanse negative energy, invite positive vibes, or promote relaxation and healing.
Step 2: Lighting the Palo Santo Stick
- Hold the Stick: Hold the Palo Santo stick at one end, keeping the other end at a 45-degree angle, pointing downward.
- Light the End: Use a lighter or match to light the tip of the Palo Santo stick. Let it catch fire and allow it to burn for about 30 seconds to one minute.
- Blow Out the Flame: Gently blow out the flame so that the stick smolders and produces a fragrant smoke. The tip should glow red, and a steady stream of smoke should rise.
- We recommend our Ceramic Palo Santo Burner Bowl to effortlessly hold smudge sticks upright, while the saucer collects ash for a clean and tranquil experience.
Step 3: Smudging Your Space
- Walk Around the Space: Holding the Palo Santo stick over a fireproof dish to catch any ash, walk slowly around the space you wish to cleanse. Move clockwise around the room, paying special attention to corners, doorways, and windows where energy tends to stagnate.
- Guide the Smoke: Use your hand or a feather to guide the smoke into the areas you want to cleanse. Gently waft the smoke throughout the space.
- Recite a Mantra or Prayer: As you move through the space, you may wish to recite a mantra, prayer, or affirmation that aligns with your intention.
Step 4: Smudging Objects
- Hold the Object: Hold the object you wish to cleanse in the smoke. This could be a crystal, piece of jewelry, or any other personal item.
- Pass Through the Smoke: Pass the object through the smoke several times, ensuring it is thoroughly enveloped.
Step 5: Smudging Yourself or Others
- Waft Smoke: To cleanse yourself or another person, waft the smoke around the body, starting from the feet and moving upward towards the head.
- Set an Intention: While doing this, set an intention for purification and protection.
Step 6: Extinguishing the Palo Santo Stick
- Press into Dish: Once you have finished smudging, gently press the Palo Santo stick into the fireproof dish to extinguish the embers.
- Ensure it is Out: Ensure the stick is completely out and not burning before storing it. You may need to press it into sand or dirt to fully extinguish it.
Safety Tips
- Always stay present and mindful when using a Palo Santo stick.
- Keep water nearby in case of emergencies.
- Never leave a burning Palo Santo stick unattended.
- Store your Palo Santo sticks in a cool, dry place.

Naturally scented with 100% essential oils of peppermint and lavender, this candle features a pure coconut soy blend for a slow, clean burn.
It's a favourite among those seeking a refreshing, toxin-free scent and is made with a natural cotton wick.
Infused with the calming properties of peppermint and Tasmanian lavender, this candle offers over 40 hours of burn time, while promoting headache relief, memory improvement, and a sense of calm and relaxation.
Why Natural Candles?
We avoid paraffin candles and synthetic fragrances because they release harmful toxins, such as benzene and toluene, when burned, which can negatively impact our health and the environment. Paraffin, derived from petroleum, is not biodegradable and contributes to air pollution. In contrast, we prefer candles made from soy, beeswax, and coconut, as these are natural, renewable, and burn cleanly. They produce little to no soot and are less likely to trigger allergies or respiratory issues. Essential oils, used for fragrance, are a safer and more sustainable alternative to synthetic scents, offering therapeutic benefits while promoting well-being.
Botanical Name: Mentha x piperita
Part Used: Leaf (please note the cut of this batch of peppermint leaf is smaller so we have given you an extra 10g at no cost)

A fantastic source of protein and amino acids, which can be added to smoothies, hot and cold beverages, or baked goods. Collagen peptides are highly digestible, virtually tasteless and particularly good for supporting joints and tendon health.
___________________
Our natural ability to produce connective tissue diminished after the age of 25. It’s one of the reasons why we start to look older and may begin to experience joint problems. Taking collagen peptides is one way to support your body, particularly your joints, ligaments and skin.
Thankfully Nourished Collagen Peptides are a concentrated source of hydrolysed collagen, providing you with the protein and amino acids needed for tissue building and repair. Thankfully Nourished Collagen is not just a generic collagen! It has been enzymatically fermented into peptides with a specific molecular weight that is targeted and more bioavailable. This means you don’t need as much as other generic collagens on the market.
New & Improved!
Australia, known for its history of innovative inventions, is now leading in 2025 with a new approach to collagen production. This fresh, environmentally conscious collagen is produced on the same day cattle are processed, ensuring minimal storage time and higher quality. Made in just eight hours, it retains a natural beige color and mild aroma, avoiding excessive processing that strips taste and nutrients. Lab-tested for consistent small molecular size, it offers better absorption and is fully traceable to Australian farms. Ethically sourced from grass-fed, free-range cattle, it’s free from antibiotics, hormones, GMOs, and other additives, with a reduced environmental footprint. Best enjoyed in drinks or recipes, it delivers purity, sustainability, and improved bioavailability.
Thankfully Nourished Collagen Peptides are:
- Derived from grass-fed cattle
- Guaranteed GMO and Glyphosate free
- Smaller serving size than other collagens on the market
- Easy to use - dissolves easily into hot and cold liquids
- Gluten, dairy and soy free
- Paleo and Keto friendly
- Almost tasteless!
Suggested Use:
Thankfully Nourished Collagen Peptides grass-fed and finished.
TN collagen is derived from the hides of beef cattle that are free range and grass fed. As Germany has extremely cold weather, there may be times throughout the year that the cattle are sheltered and during this time they are fed non-GMO grain. For this reason they do not claim they are “grass finished”. They are confident that this has no impact on the quality or benefits found in the final product.
Collagen vs Gelatin
The main difference between collagen and gelatin is in their molecular weight. Collagen is lower in weight and size than gelatin and can easily be mixed into both hot and cold liquid (so you can add collagen to herbal teas etc. and it will dissolve beautifully). Gelatin is derived from collagen and has the ability to congeal liquids, making it perfect for making homemade jelly (but don't add this one to your cup of tea or as it cools you will get thick gelatinous tea!)
